Ability to develop and/or provide training in project management skills. If you want to have a plan-B (US Round-2 deadlines are in Jan), now is the time to start. Would recommend not setting unrealistic expectations, results will come when they come. Depending on which adcom session/alum you asked, answers were as varied as 'Along with Round-2 results' to 'Along with Round-3 results' to someplace in between.
